  1. I’m an insomniac, especially during the summer months, so I didn’t sleep very well. I finally got some sleep starting at about five in the morning and then had to be up in just a few short hours. Kids don’t understand insomnia and wait for no one when it comes to getting breakfast on the table!

  2. Slept extremely poorly. Spent night on couch holding 2 year old in positions to reduce coughing and help her sleep.

  3. i did not sleep good having muscle sapm and then i got up at 4 am and then again 5 and then they are getting bad in left leg

  4. OMG!! How funny to come into this post just now!! I was just taking a Naproxen pill because my back is spasming on me SO BAD from the way I slept last night. Have some grandkids over and they all piled into the bed with me, and I slept SO BADLY. Hard to believe. The little stinkers are going to be banned from my bed from now on I think. This is nuts. I have to set a rule that unless they are OLD enough to sleep in the guest room, they apparently are not old enough to sleep over just yet. Yikes.

  5. I sleep horrible, and if I wake up, I have to get up and use the bathroom! I have hot flashes and am a light sleeper. Its awful.

  6. I should be sleeping now! LOL I have heard about apps that monitor your sleep and help you wake during the right intervals to feel well rested… I soooooo need that! I always have such a hard time getting going in the mornings!

  7. I slept incredibly soundly last night. I was practically drooling when I woke up this morning. Not pretty, but it was refreshing.

  8. Awful! This is really interesting to me because I wake up frequently, sleep very lightly, have nightmares, have trouble going to sleep, etc, etc, etc.

  9. I’ve had wicked insomnia for the past month or so, so I didn’t sleep very well last night (but it didn’t surprise me).

  10. I have not slept well in months.I am supposed to go have a sleep study soon.I sleep for about 45 mins and then wake up.This pattern happens all night every night.

  11. Was a bad night’s sleep. I usually have a lot of trouble falling asleep and then my body wakes up too early and I can’t get back to sleep.

  12. Had the worst night sleep as been sick trying to pass a kidney stone. I have been on some pain medication and had a dream that a spirit came in my room. I was cold and I laid frozen and could not move It seemed so real but had a fever, so I better stop watching The Haunted before trying to sleep.

  13. Have not been sleeping well these past few nights (especially last night too) due to the hot and humid weather we have been experiencing in L.A. (and not to mention the couple of earthquakes this week too!!)
